Hello there, I am Kathy Clark and this is just a
little about Jim and me.
We have a very varied background. We have many years
of success in Real Estate in Alaska.
I was raised in Alaska. Lived there 30 years.
I met Jim in 1973, he was a Real Estate Broker and had just retired from the Air Force and had started his own real
estate company called Selective Realty.
Jim was born and raised in Alabama. He spent 23
years in the Air Force. When he retired as a Chief Master Sergeant, he was only 44. He had a Bachelors Degree
in Business and now was running a successful Real Estate Company.
The Air Force had taken him many places, such as Korea,
Japan, California and Alaska. When he got to Alaska he found a place he loved.
We had a lot of fun in real estate in Alaska, good times
and some tough times. In 1987 we retired and moved South. Time to get warm and see what the rest of the world
was doing.
We settled in Alabama and have been here ever since.
We are still too young to retire and sit around and do nothing. Since moving to Alabama, we have been working in our
own Home Based Business. So we want to share with others what we have learned, build another business, and have
fun doing it.
